Inclusion, equity, and the celebration of diversity are central principles of Aikido and core to Budo Accelerator. We respect and embrace diversity in ethnicity/race, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, class, age, national origin, and religious / spiritual identities.

Aikido trains us to face challenges and opportunities with constructive, collaborative engagement - especially with those from divergent or oppositional backgrounds. Creating a culture and community based on diversity and inclusion is essential to our mission and gives us the opportunity to put our principles into action.
