This one-day course trains women in the skills necessary to deal with aggressive individuals, especially when in unfamiliar or uncomfortable environments.
First, we will learn and practice a dialogue to use in the typical pre-attack phase of potential physical violence. Often this dialogue and postural training is enough to cause would-be attackers to go the other way.
Then we'll journey through extensive drills in simple but effective self-defense, including practicing our skills against a padded, male instructor in mock encounters while being coached by a woman instructor.
This course is a transformational experience that will empower you to stand your ground in difficult situations at school, at work, in relationships, or wherever necessary.
